What is Zip?
Zip is an easy and flexible payment method which gives you the freedom to buy now and pay later. Repayments are flexible to suit your lifestyle - weekly, fortnightly or monthly, and you can pay as much as you like as long as you meet your minimum monthly repayments, which is advised at the time of sign up.

Who can use Zip?
Zip is available as a payment option if you:

Are at least 18 years old
Are an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
Have a valid and verifiable email address and mobile number
Have a good credit history

What can Zip be used on?
Zip can be used on all items excluding downloadable content, digital currency, and season passes. If your order contains one of these products, then Zip won’t be an available payment option in the checkout.
Can Zip be used in-store?
Great News, Zip is now available in Cedar Showroom, Over the Phone and online!

When in store, click on the instore tab within the Zip app and generate your payment code. Simply enter the payment code to complete your payment.

You can also pay for In-Store-Pick Up  orders online using Zip and pick up your items from our store!

What 's the difference between Zip Pay and Zip Money?
Zip Pay is an interest-free buy-now-pay-later service with a credit limit of up to $10001. Repayments are based on a minimum monthly payment from as little as $10 per week. A $9.95 monthly account fee applies, we will waive the fee if you pay your statement closing balance in full, by the due date. With Zip Pay, you can shop everywhere you see the Contactless Symbol when you add your Zip card to your Apple or Google wallet**.

Zip Money is a line of credit with credit limits between $1,000 and $5,000 for regular accounts and up to $50,000 for specific merchants. Zip Money offers customers a guaranteed interest-free period of 3 months across all products and up to 36 months with some retailers3. Zip Money accounts may incur a one-off establishment fee for certain credit limits. A $9.95 monthly account fee applies.

Both products also feature our Shop Everywhere card, which you can use at any online retailer that accepts Visa**.
Is Zip  pay a buy now,  pay later like Afterpay, Klarna and Latitude?
Yes! Zip allows you to shop just about everywhere, online and instore. We give you the flexibility to set your repayment schedule to suit your lifestyle – choose weekly, fortnightly, or monthly. You can also pay your bills, manage your subscriptions, buy gift cards and earn rewards when you use the Zip app.
What are the fees?
With Zip Pay a $9.95 monthly account fee applies, we will waive the fee if you pay your statement closing balance in full, by the due date. With Zip Money a $9.95 monthly account fee applies which is waived if you have nothing owing.

For Zip Pay, one late payment fee of $5. A customer will be charged an additional late fee where they have caught up on all repayments and then miss another repayment at a later date.
