Welcome to Cedar Hospitality Suppliers, where we pride ourselves on providing exceptional service and high-quality products to our customers.

We are excited to be always launching new products that are fantastic additions to our world class range. The focus has, and always will be, to stock the largest range of the highest quality global and homegrown hospitality brands.

We are proud partners with global powerhouse brands like Steelite, Unox, Robot Coupe, BioPak, GI Metal and local brands such as Robert Gordon Pottery, Roband and LUUS.

All of our products are sent to you in good condition and are packaged correctly. We cannot guarantee the condition of the product on arrival. If you believe that there are any issues, problems or feel like your received product is not of quality such as being; broken, inaccurate, or damaged - please contact us at [email protected] or call us on 03 8388 6800 and we will attend to your query as soon as possible.


When are you open?

We are open Monday - Saturday. Our trading hours are:

Monday - Friday: 8:30AM - 5:30PM

Saturday - Sunday: 9:00AM - 4PM

I am not a business can I still buy for you?

At Cedar, we don’t only serve business owners. There are several things in our selection that are suitable for usage at home. Our gorgeous china and glassware will wow your guests. Without high-performance tools and appliances, you can save time in the kitchen. You can visit our showroom and browse our extensive range of products and exclusive brands.

I’m not from Victoria, can I still order from your website?

At Cedar, we ship Australia-wide. If you are a Metro Melbourne or CBD customer you can view our delivery calendar here. If you are not located in Australia, please contact our customer service staff by phone or email for additional information.

What languages do you speak?

Cedar is based in Melbourne, Australia, so English is our primary language. We also have staff members who speak Hindi, Chinese, Italian, Arabic, Croatian, Greek and French. Please let us know if you require linguistic assistance, and we will try our best to assist you in any way that we can.

At Cedar, we service all industries within the hospitality industry. Our website is divided into the following 5 primary hospitality sectors:

What is your fulfilment process?

At Cedar, we have our showroom located in Brunswick, Melbourne, which is home to our extensive range of brands and products. Also, we have our seamless online store that makes quick and simple delivery across the country possible.

How do I become a trade customer?

You can open an account with Cedar online to become a trade customer, but you will need an ABN to do so. Click here (link)  to be taken to our registration page. If not, get in touch with one of our friendly customer service representatives, who can assist you in setting up your own customer profile with Cedar Hospitality.
