Showroom Manager

We are looking for an experienced, organised, innovative, and forward-thinking Showroom Manager to lead, mentor and motivate our well-established team in our Brunswick showroom. In this key role, you will actively lead the team from the front to achieve sales targets, ensure the smooth running of the showroom, our people and stock management. You will be a self-motivated, creative thinker, and seek out new opportunities.

SHELF FILLER

You will...

  • Pick and pack a variety of ingredients in a cold environment
  • Manual Handling
  • Labelling boxes
  • Replenishing stock
  • Using both manual and electrical pallet riders (selected staff only)
  • Use of a computer system i.e. Pick to light
  • Moving dollies and crates around
  • General housekeeping
  • Adhere to OH&S regulations

You have/are…

  • Previous experience in the food industry would be highly regarded but not necessary
  • Have previous pick packing/warehouse experience would be good
  • Be able to work in a fast paced enviroment
  • Be available for full time and part time permanent roles
  • Have experience in using manual/electrical pallet riders
  • Be available to start at various times e.g.  8am, 830am & 9am
  • Saturday availability will be required
  • Have great attention to detail
  • Written and spoken English
  • Punctual, reliable and highly motivated
  • Able to work autonomously and in a team environment
  • Proactive, with a can-do attitude
