Shipment:
We will ship your order to the address provided by you at checkout. For large, bulk or heavy orders/items an additional delivery cost will be incurred during the checkout stage. You (the customer) will be notified about all additional delivery costs.

Pickup:
If you would rather pick up your items from our superstore in Brunswick, Melbourne after placing an order, this can be arranged. Have a chat with one of our dedicated staff members today to discuss this in detail.Please note that we only offer kerbside delivery. This does not include in-premise positioning or installation. Drivers are not trained or licensed to take equipment inside customer buildings or install products. Please talk to our customer service team for options for installations and placement.

Free Delivery Information:
We are dedicated to ensuring that we provide you with the best possible service at all times. That's why all orders above $150 ex gst qualify for free delivery within MelbourneMetro. An extra delivery charge may apply depending on the location for some large, heavy, or bulky items.
