My day-to-day involves sourcing and buying new products, and discovering and introducing new trends and brands to the hospitality market.

3. Keep customers motivated to introduce new stock and bigger and high-quality brands
What has been one of the opportunities that Covid provided?
We all had the opportunity to review our businesses and distinguish strengths and weaknesses.
What new trends and direction are you seeing across the industry?
For back of house we are introducing newer, and more efficient ways to produce food as we have a lack of labour in the industry.
As far as table top we are pushing and educating the industry to work with quality brands as these brands have better control of production and stock levels and also durability and longevity and cleaner and more hygienic way that meet international standards and more importantly big brands have continuity.
