• Prior experience in inventory management, ordering coordination or relevant fields
• Excellent communication skills- verbal and written
• Strong data analysis skills and ability to work with MS Office, inventory management/ERP systems
• Excellent organisational and time management skills with ability to multi-task
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Demonstrated history of liaising and negotiating with suppliers
