2.1 The Customer is taken to have exclusively accepted and is immediately bound, jointly and severally, by these terms and conditions if the Customer places an order for or accepts delivery of the Goods.

2.2 These terms and conditions may only be amended with Cedar’s consent in writing and shall prevail to the extent of any inconsistency with any other document or agreement between the Customer and Cedar.

2.3 The Customer acknowledges and accepts that the supply of Goods for accepted orders may be subject to availability and if, for any reason, Goods are not or cease to be available, Cedar reserves the right to vary the Price with alternative Goods as per clause 4.2.

2.4 Cedar also reserves the right to halt all Services until such time as Cedar and the Customer agree to such changes.
