Please Read through our terms and conditions before using this website. In these Terms and Conditions "we" “our” "us" refers to Cedar hospitality and "you" refers to you the customer. By using this Website you give your consent to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use this Website. The Website provides you with an opportunity to browse and purchase various products that have been listed for sale through the Website. 

Cedar Hospitality reserves the right to change and update any of the Terms by updating this page at its sole discretion. Before you continue, we recommend you keep a copy of the Terms for your records.

Restricted use of content

No material from this Website may be modified, copied, reproduced, republished or distributed without our consent. Printing product pages, downloading of brochures, newsletters for your personal use or to place an order to purchase product from Cedar hospitality is permitted provided you keep intact all copyright notices. All content including logos, pictures, descriptions, images are the intellectual property of cedar hospitality. 

Use of website

You must not:

  • Transfer any virus or other disabling feature to or via our site
  • Obstruct the operation or make unauthorised modifications to our site
  • Infringe any law or regulations that could put cedar hospitality into disrepute. 


Purchasing products you may be required to create an account and specify a password along with your email address. You permit that any information you give to Cedar Hospitality in the course of completing the registration process will always be accurate, correct and up to date. 


We only sell and ship Products within Australia. Shipping Cost may vary due to product weight. We will advise you prior to delivery. If you are located outside Australia contact our customer service team via phone or email for further information. 

Pricing, special offers

Prices are subject to change. The prices displayed on our Web Site may differ from prices that are available in our store or in newsletters. 


Once you have placed your order you must enter your correct payment details to confirm the order, payments will not be processed until availability of the products you ordered have been confirmed and your order has been accepted. 

Returns Policy

Cedar must be notified within 3-5 days of receiving your order that you wish to return the product/products you ordered. Any claims outside 5 working days will not be recognized. Returns must be in the original packaging in an unused condition.

Cedar will not be responsible for the loss of returned items as well as the returned shipping costs. Depending on circumstance cedar will offer either credit or a full refund.  Cedar Hospitality will not provide a refund or replace a product that has been misused, mishandled or incorrectly installed or serviced.
